Fix JDToGregorian(), which was broken for dates prior to 4713 BC; I
think it was due to use of int() when floor() was needed.

New JDToGregorian() is based on pseudocode by Peter Baum at this
website: http://vsg.cape.com/~pbaum/date/injdimp.htm

KPlotWidget is again a QFrame like it was before. Now it honours the frame
properties it has being a QFrame.

- change the parent: KPlotWidget is now only a QWidget and not also a QFrame
- reworked a bit how the KPlotAxis are handled; a QHash of their type stores
  them, use axis() to get a pointer to an axis
- add a nice way to show a tooltip of the current point object under the cursor;
  it's a property and freely toggleable
- move some setter method as slots
- use fmod (in <math.h>) instead of dmod (in KPlotWidget itself) and deprecate
  the latter
- fix the drawing of grid
- apidox fixes

- remove all the QT3_SUPPORT and compile without it
- unvirtualize the methods of KPlotAxis, as imho it is not meant to be subclassed
- unvirtualize some KPlotWidget methods that doesn't need to be overloaded on subclassing
- moved some methods from inline to the relative cpp
- delete the KPlotObjects when emptying the list

ExtDateTimeEdit can't be derived from QWidget, or else it can't be used
in Qt designer (at least not through the "promote" mechanism). Made it
inherit from QFrame instead.

Fix in extdatetime.h: overloaded ExtDateTime::fromString() functions
were ambiguous; fixed by removing a default parameter from one of them.

KPlotWidget must be derived from QFrame rather than QWidget, otherwise
it is not usable in Qt designer.  In designer, you place a custom widget
by using the widget's baseclass, and then "promoting" it.  However,
designer does not provide a QWidget!  So, it would seem that custom
widgets cannot be derived directly from QWidget.  This may be a bug in
designer.

Changing the encoding of these files to UTF-8.
There are some bad constructs on a couple of files (like static arrays of
QStrings initialised directly with const char[] constants, without any proper
decoding) that will most likely break under certain locales.

The encoding is correct. It's the code that must be changed now. I don't
consider this a problem because it was already broken for any locale
different than the one the programmer wrote the code in.
