* Remoing old crap from class Isotope
* Adding some stuff to ChemicalDataObject in preparation for the new Isotope-stuff
* Adding the isotope data in data/isotopes.xml. Taken from BlueObelisk
* Removing all references of spectra and isotopes in class Element
